Rates

No monthly or minimum fees – no contract – send your digital dictation as and when you need to.

Rates

Each digital dictation file is rounded up to the nearest whole minute and charged at the following rates per minute:

  • Standard - £1.00 + VAT.
  • Priority received between 7.30am and 5.30pm - £1.25 + VAT.
  • Priority required before 7.30am and after 5.30pm - £1.50 + VAT.

For police interviews, meetings and conferences:

  • Standard - £2.00 + VAT.
  • Priority - £2.50 + VAT.

Please note, the rates for interviews and meetings are for one-to-one recordings and are dependent upon the clarity (see below).

This may require either a sample of audio prior to pricing or detailed information to be supplied including:

  • The number of participants likely to be recorded.
  • The audio quality.

Turnaround

Normal "office" hours are 7.30am to 6.30pm.

Standard turnaround is "in by 1.00pm guaranteed back same day", although we do aim to complete dictation received after this time but it is not guaranteed. 

Priority service between 7.30am and 5.30pm is dealt with immediately. Priority sent after 5.30pm please mark whether priority for that evening.

Payment

An itemised bill will be supplied monthly.  Cleared funds must be received within 14 days from date of invoice and made by BACS.  Payment by cheque incurs a 5 per cent administration charge.

We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue and debt recovery compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
