Rates and Billing
No monthly or minimum fees - no contract - send your dictation as and when you need to!
Rates
Dictation is rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
- Standard - £1.00 + VAT per dictated minute.
- Priority - £1.25 + VAT per dictated minute.
For police interviews, meetings and conferences:
- Standard - £2.00 + VAT per dictated minute.
- Priority - £2.50 + VAT per dictated minute.
The above rates for interviews and meetings are for one-to-one recordings and are dependent upon the clarity (see below).
Verbatim/Transcription of meetings, conferences and police interviews
This almost always requires either a sample of audio prior to pricing or detailed information to be supplied including:
- The number of participants likely to be recorded.
- The audio quality (we accept both tapes and digital).
Turnaround
Normal "office" hours are 7am to 7pm.
Standard turnaround is "in by 1pm back same day", after 1pm completed work is returned to you by lunchtime the following day.
Priority service is dealt with immediately. Priority sent after 6.00pm please mark whether priority for that evening or to be returned as priority for your arrival in the office the following morning.

Payment
An itemised bill will be supplied monthly. We request that payment is made promptly within 14 days from receipt of invoice. We prefer that payment is made electronically. Bank account details are supplied with invoice.
We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue and debt recovery compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
